The Browne 8-inch Deep Dish Waffle-Bottom Springform Cake Pan is for baking delicate confections with crumb crusts, like cheesecakes, tortes, and more. Ideal for delicate cakes, this deep 8" x 3.8" (20 x 9.5 cm} springform cake pan ensures that desserts are smooth and pristine after removal. The high-sided pan, made of polished tin, distributes heat evenly for uniform baking from sides to the center. The 2-piece ensemble's design has an interlocking band that hugs the base to form the pan's sides and prevent leaks during the baking process. The band sides are easy to release with a flick of the latch and remove it from the base. Baked goods easily transfer from the waffle base to a serving dish. Heat safe to 500°F. Hand-washing is recommended.
